**1. Order Processing Time:**
- During our initital production period of Q4 2024, clocks ordered in september and early october are slated to be delivered in Q4-2024. Orders past this period will be delivered in early Q1-2025. As production ramps up will follow our instock products described below- For in-stock products, orders will be processed and shipped within the same week they are received, provided that the order is placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.
**2. Custom-Made Orders:**
- Custom-made orders require special attention and craftsmanship. As a result, these orders may take up to 2 months to be completed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure that each custom order meets the highest standards of quality.
**3. Shipment Costs:**
- All customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with their orders. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.
**4. Expedited Shipping:**
- Customers who require expedited shipping for in-stock items may choose expedited shipping options during the checkout process. Additional fees will apply for expedited shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method.
**5. Local Pickup Option:**
- As a cost-effective alternative, customers have the option to pick up their orders at designated events where AD Sports Tech clocks are being showcased. Please check our events schedule for details on upcoming events where local pickup is available. This option allows customers to save on shipping costs and personally collect their purchased items.
**6. Shipping Confirmation:**
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This information will enable you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.
**7. International Shipping:**
- For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are responsible for these additional fees, and AD Sports Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
**8. Address Accuracy:**
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. AD Sports Tech is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

**Return Policy**
At AD Sports Tech, we strive to provide products that exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible.
**1. Return Window:**
- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since then, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
**2. Restocking Fee:**
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing, and repackaging returned products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
**3. Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to AD Sports Tech. This includes both the initial shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**4. Damage Upon Arrival:**
- We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at Orders@ADSportTech.com. Customers are responsible for reporting any damage upon arrival within 48 hours of receiving the product.
**5. Return Authorization (RA):**
- All returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact our customer service team at Orders@ADSportsTech.com. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
**6. Return Process:**
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team to obtain an RA number.
b. Package the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging.
c. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the product to the address provided with the RA.
**7. Refund Process:**
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
